Refund policy

Each Belle Theory item is made especially for you when your order is placed. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review the problem and, when eligible, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please review all sizing information carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about sizing, feel free to contact us before ordering.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have entered production.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first. If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we'll help investigate the issue.

Refunds approved by Belle Theory will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
